Mental Health Partnerships (MHP) is committed to full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations. This applies to all MHP employees, agents, and contractors. Our Compliance Department ensures adherence to agency policies and legal standards, offering guidance on Employee Handbook issues and addressing concerns related to ethics, conduct, and regulatory compliance.

Our Commitment to Ethics & Accountability

MHP has partnered with Syntrio Lighthouse Services to provide employees, participants, and stakeholders with an anonymous and secure way to submit suggestions or report HR and compliance concerns. This includes access to a digital suggestion box and hotline reporting for sensitive issues.
