Mental Health Partnerships is committed to adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations, as they relate to the work conducted by all MHP employees, agents, and contractors. The MHP Compliance Department provides guidance on MHP Employee Handbook issues and also handles compliance and ethics concerns regarding the Employee Handbook, agency policy, and/or local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.

MHP has partnered with Syntrio Lighthouse Services to provide employees and stakeholders (including participants) with a method of making suggestions to improve MHP through the digital suggestion box, or reporting HR & Compliance issues anonymously.

REPORTING AN HR & COMPLIANCE ISSUE

The HR & Compliance Hotline can be used to report issues such as:
