Parenting is undoubtedly one of life's most rewarding experiences, but it also comes with its fair share of challenges. For Philadelphia residents, there's a golden opportunity this fall to enhance their parenting skills while also prioritizing their mental health.

Caregiving Education: The Foundation of Effective Parenting

Parenting is a journey filled with constant learning, and the Fall Parenting Plus Program recognizes this fact. This initiative offers 12 evidence-based sessions designed to provide caregivers with a comprehensive toolkit to navigate the challenges of parenthood successfully.

Boundary Setting: Effective boundary setting is crucial for healthy parent-child relationships. Participants will learn how to establish clear, age-appropriate boundaries that foster a sense of security and trust within the family.
